Governmental Legal Affairs
With the increase of the legal matters of a litigation and non-litigation nature in the administrative decision, performance of social and public function and economic activities of the government, the government departments are facing increasing legal risks. S&P provides legal services and sets up the governmental legal matters’ risk prevention system for the government based on the nature and feature of the governmental acts.
The legal services provided by S&P are (including without limitation) the following:
Provide legal advice on the major decisions of the government
Participate in litigations or handle non-litigation civil disputes on behalf of the government
Draft contract and participate in negotiations on behalf of the government
Provide relevant legal information to the government
Assist the government in legal publicity and education
Handle other legal matters entrusted by the government
