Corporate Restructuring and Property Transaction
The restructuring of state-owned enterprises is a landmark event in the development of China's market economy. The process of state-owned enterprise restructuring is inevitably accompanied by the delimitation of property rights and capital appraisal and verification which closely related to the companies’ business.
